ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

DEPOSIT:  There is a $25.00 deposit paid to reserve your date.  In the event of cancellation, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE!  When order is placed and cake deposit is received, $25.00 will go towards your total.   

 

DOWN PAYMENT:  Including the date deposit, a 50% down payment is expected at the time of your reservation.  In the event of cancellation, the down payment will be refunded within 90 days.

 

FINAL PAYMENT:  This is due 30 DAYS PRIOR to your wedding date.  Your final count and cake flavors are due at this time.  Payments made after the 30 day cut off must be made in cash only.  If payment has not been received, we reserve the right to refuse your order.  The more difficult the design of the cake, the longer it takes to make the decorations- please be considerate and plan ahead!

 

CAKE HARDWARE:  Fountains, columns, and other hardware necessary to your cake will carry a refundable deposit.  The items must be cleaned and returned within 5 days after the wedding, or the deposit will be forfeited (this includes the plate under the top tier).  If the items are broken, lost, etc., the money will be taken from the deposit.  Any extra will be owed by the responsible party.  If the items are not cleaned with mild soap and water(not including boards), $25 will be taken from the deposit.
